What this site is
This website describes the construction and renovation services we offer across Calgary + surrounding areas, AB. The content is provided for general information. Project photographs, timelines and figures are examples of past work, not a promise of what your project will cost or how long it will take.
Estimates and quotes
This is the part worth reading twice.
- Nothing on this website is a quote, an offer or a binding price.
- Ranges shown in articles and on service pages are illustrative and depend entirely on scope, site conditions, materials and access.
- Submitting a form starts a conversation. It does not book work, hold a date, or create a contract between us.
- A price becomes binding only in a written, itemised quote signed by both of us. Where a signed quote and this website disagree, the signed quote governs.
- A quote we issue is open for the period stated on it. After that, material and labour costs may have moved and we may need to re-price.
Using the forms
When you send an enquiry or request an estimate, you agree that the details you give us are accurate and that the phone number and email address are yours to give. Do not use our forms to send confidential information you would not want held in an email inbox, and do not use them to send anything unlawful, abusive or automated. We may refuse or discard submissions that look automated, and we rate-limit submissions from the same visitor.
Text messages (SMS)
Our free-estimate form offers a single, optional text-message consent, covering both marketing and non-marketing messages — appointment reminders, estimate updates and job scheduling as well as occasional messages about our services. It is not a condition of enquiring, of receiving an estimate, or of the price we quote, and the contact form does not ask for it at all.
- By ticking it you confirm you are the subscriber or customary user of the number given, and that you may agree to receive texts on it.
- Message frequency may vary.
- Message and data rates may apply. These are set by your mobile carrier, not by us.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent is recorded with your submission and can be withdrawn at any time, by replying STOP or by contacting us directly.
How consent data is handled — including that mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes — is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Our content
The text, photographs, drawings and layout of this site belong to us or are used with permission, and may not be copied, republished or used commercially without our written consent. You may of course share a link, print a page, or keep a copy for your own reference.

Where we link to a supplier, an authority or another third party, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Availability and accuracy

We may update these terms. The version published here when you submit a form is the version that applies to that submission, and the date at the top of the page tells you when it last changed.
